Founded by three former employees who decided to bet on themselves—Jordy, Ryan, and Ethan—our company combines decades of real-world experience, family-taught values, and a genuine love for the craft.

Jordy

With over 20 years in the trades, Jordy grew up learning the craft alongside family, mastering every detail the old-fashioned way. After years of residential and commercial work in Wilmington, he moved to Asheville to be closer to family. A proud father, Jordy has a deep appreciation for transforming spaces with his hands and hard-earned knowledge—there’s nothing quite like seeing a vision come to life.

Ryan

A former college athlete who still loves lacing up for pickup soccer games when he’s not with his kids, Ryan has been working as a carpenter for the past 12 years. His athletic discipline and steady focus translate directly to the job site, where clean lines, solid structure, and getting it right the first time matter most.

Ethan

Ethan learned the trade helping a friend rescue run-down houses for rental turnovers. For years he spent winters remodeling homes so he could spend summers on the river with friends—kayaking, rafting, and living for the off-season. A former culinary arts student turned full-time carpenter, Ethan brings 10+ years of residential remodeling experience and a creative, easygoing approach to every project.
